We are pleased to promote you to the position of NEW POSITION with effect from DATE your monthly salary of PRESENT SALARY per month will be adjusted to NEW SALARY per month effective on DATE.

You will undergo a trial period of three (3) months from DATE to DATE during which you are expected that you fail to make the grade, you will be reverted to your former position or to a position equivalent to your position at a corresponding salary scale.

Thenceforth termination of service will be in accordance with prevailing policies of the company.
