the above mentioned. We have went to RECIPIENT office and ask for few times for
our electricity bills but your reason was the XXXXX, can not print out the
bills to us and without any action and notice from RECIPIENT department. Actually,
for our record the RECIPIENT Technician have been changed the new meter before.
So that, we do not know why you still did not issued the electricity bills for
us?
